Please help! werid problem

my problem is quite strange. i have save a contact in my address book, example 91234567. when my friend call me, my phone did shown his name but when in message, the phone does not recognize this contact, it just put from +6591234567. I though is the area code problem so i edit the adress book to +6591234567. For now, the message did display his name but recieve call does not, it display as 912345679(without name). Why? please help me

use xvi32 to make changes in seem and p2kman or p2ktool for uploading and downloading the seems

i try to use both p2kman or p2ktool, i follow the mannual but more werid thing happen. the mannual say that the phone must be in modem state then can be connected. But when i connect with the software on, it always come up with itunes driver instead of motorola usb modem. So i try to plug the fone in first, it did load with motorola usb modem, but when i open p2kman or p2ktool, it boot out of motorola usb modem and change to load itunes driver. Please help me to solve the mystery!!!

Go to Connection/USB Settings/ and switch it from Memory Card mode to Data/Fax mode.
