Phone Conversion
I have a V3i with Itunes but the phone is EUROPEAN I input bootloader R47a-G-08-D9.3DR for Cingular the phone boots but does not recog my SEEM Card....It Post INSERT SIM eve so my SEEM CARD for Cingular is Inserted.Is a remedy for this?

maybe that's the problem, you're putting in a SEEM card and the phone only works with SIM cards (as it asked for). otherwise, cash's suggestion is valid.
if you made a backup before you changed your firmware, to back to that and see if it works.
