Broken LCD Screen, need to replace

My razr v3i was run over by a truck. The screen was the only thing broken, I bought the new one off of ebay, and I now have it. I took the front off using the v3 dissembely guide, but now I cannot tell what to do because some of the pictures are dead, and there seems to be black tape all over the connectors that go around the ouside lcd. If anyone can help me with step by step pictures, that would be awesome.

Thank you! There were no step by step instructions to remove the screen from the connecters, but I figured it out. You must remove the sticky ribbon wire that attaches the buttons and the speaker, and there is a connector that comes with tape on it. after you remove the tape, you can lift up a latch and the connecter will be free (I didn't know this, but I wiggled it out fine. Putting it back together was a breeze!
