Because I deleted the MMS templates during my File cleanup, I wanted to turn off Messages>new message>

some of these features may be SIM dependant anyway,
so activating it on your phone may not actually allow you to use it.

(1 to display only most recent call to same number, 0 to display all calls to the same number)
I SET THIS TO 0
bit 6: Items Displayed in Recent Calls > Received Calls
(1 to display only most recent call from same number, 0 to display all calls from the same number)
I SET THIS TO 0

i just arranged them so noobs can understand it easily and no need to see the large seem map for finding the seems they,i just posted the main seems i think are used frequently

what is Battery Save and what does it do ? i have a v3i R479_G_08.B4.85R with flex: GSPSLQAT6PSOF6 AND BL: A.052

battery save option is a option by which u can save ur battery usgae frm 5 to 10 %
and delete comfimination is the dialog which comes when u delete any file and ask"do u want to delete xxxxxx.jpg "yes""no"

the delete confirmation here mainly means for the msgs stored in the outbox...
when you try to delete any msg from the inbox with the right soft key..you get a confirmation dialog box asking you to delete it or not...
the left for yes and the right for no (dunno, maybe the reverse too)
and in the same way if u enable the delete confirmation, you'll get such confirmation box during deleting msgs from the outbox too...though, most likely, u have to go via the middle soft button if u haven't changed the buttons
when u pull out the phone out of ur pocket after quite a few minutes...u must have noticed that the outer screen does not show any wallpaper/background but just a black screen with the just the time on it, changing its position (in the up/down direction) after every one minute...
what i think is that this saves some battery (by not displaying the graphics and all) and hence, the battery save option
