guys help me. is frequently flashing a v3i makes it bricked

guys ive flash differnt kinds of mp for R441D.08.01.03R boot a0.30 which is my v3i and i cant make them work except for (full mp). how come?

ive tried reflashes by by the way in the download section before ive got the taste for mp. the china mobile for R441d. is this sticky?

You need to remove RSA from firmware (your backup) which you want to flash.
To remove RSA start Flash & Backup 3.0.7 select active phone profile: Motorola V3i, go to Firmwares tab, click to select file and select firmware which you want to flash, check down Remove RSA verification (New method for LTE2 phones), then click to Save as..., select format .SHX and write custom name (like a RSAremovedbackup).
This file flash with RSD lite. (don't use F&B to flash)
