Ear Speaker Not Working

Ok, just finished cannibalizing other junk V3i's and got me another complete set. Flashed Ritza_II Nano. Everything sure looks fine. So I put in another sim and dial my Z3.

Problem is, the ear speaker. I tried switching screens with other working V3i, Switched boards with other V3i, problem still exists. It boots up alright, all keys working, txt msgs, etc. You can't hear them, but they can hear you. On speaker fone, it's fine.

Used P2K Tools Sound Editor, increase volume on all speakers, problem still exists. Am thinking it could be some kind of seem editing of some sort????????

the seems' are gain_table.bin and param_table.bin

but i think their should be a hardware problem.. do check for such possibilities also..
m sayn this because on speaker mode.. the outer speaker is used..

sometimes it happens that we cannot hear any sound.

Try first to upload stock .bin files , if still it doesn't works, then it is surely a hardware problem.

Ah, forgot to mention that I uploaded gain_table.bin and param_table.bin (P2K Tools) from other working V3i, still the same....

Lemme try and upload the bin tables from backup....

Ah, sorry, forgot to do update on this, thanks whitenoise. I changed keypadflex and it's working fine now (All Systems Activated). Don't know why but maybe some dirt got into the board terminals where you attach mobo to screen. At first I thought it was the screen cuz the speaker is attached to it.
