    Unlocking V3i

    Last time i did this was with MSTool8r which i now can't get to work.
    So i enter BLANK mode (dual boot 3.2), fire Easy Tool 5.3 and try to unlock, but what should i do when it says "Please disconnect test point"?
    Also phone is in Memcard mode not MODEM.



    If i do nothing and click ok this is what happens:


    MotoRocker (just entering BLANK and clicking unlock gives "unknown response"):

    Assuming you have BL 0A30, do perform hard TP, then use P2K Tools to unlock. Also, please post SW & BL. It would be easier for us to help you.

    Can't do hard TP, have no screwdriver :P
    I'll try installing XP in vmware and try MSTool8r from there

    or, give a try to dev, meena's method, if you have another phone with you .

    Naaw.. you should know by now that i'm to cheap to do that :P

    Well i tried his method with the r479 SW he supplied, it didn't work though.. can i apply his patch on r441d_g_08.01.03r / nano razzr 1.3? or are there separate patches for that one?

    1 i flashed the patched fw.
    2 after applying his FPA patches in the_supplied_sw_from_his_thread i saved it to shx with only cg1,cg3,cg7,18.
    3 flash #2 = FAIL FLASH SIG CODE ERROR bla bla
    4 try to upload seems in flash mode, no reactiuon from p2ktools VS
    5 flash nano razzr 1.3 to make phone work again
    6 phone works but doesn't find any carrier (probably still locked)

    BL 0a30. SW R4441d_G_08.01.03r / nano razzr 1.3

    I haven't patch for R479 or R4441D_G_08.01.03R but you can try to flash this already patched R4441D_G_08.03.05R: R4441D_03.05Runlock_patched.rar - 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download
    Then upload Dev Meena's seems. After unlock you can flash Nano Razzr.
