    V3i PHONE CODE SIG ERROR:

My V3i after I tried to program it says "Phone Code Sig Error:" & sometimes while prgramming "Critical Error 84"...How can I get it back to life? I have read the forums and tried everything...No luck...

    Look here -

[SOLVED] Recover Motorola V3i from SIG ERR: 35:02:/39:02:

You can see which error it is by holding down the red button before the "connect" message comes up, but no reason to because no one knows what the specific codes really mean.

Reflashing your backup with FB3 usually fixes this. You DID back up first? (Not the first if you didn't)

    "starting to give up hope.."

yeah, me too. I tried my hand at unlocking a V3t a while back, and ended up pretty much in the same situation. Downgraded to OA.30 OK, but whatever I try to load gives me Critical Error 80 40. The thing's in a drawer now, still acting stupid.
