Deleting Default Ringtones

Can someone explain o me how to get rid of the default ringtones on a V3T. I used P2K Tools to delete the files under the C\mobile\audio, however, they still appear on my phone, except they are all displayed as "default". Little help here.

i think u need to remove the system check and then try to delete..
that will do
