UPDATE: Get this... so I got a MAXX.. I plugged it in.. wanted to flash it with a different font... I GOT THE SAME ERROR.. So it's not the phone. So, I uninstalled it, cleaned the registry installed another version of RSD lite.... and same...
ANY suggestions? Or THOUGHTS?? Thanks everyone...

I did everything correct and when I upload to it, whenever it "Flashes Code Group 1" it gets to 96 percent then freezes and my phone says:

CRITICAL ERROR

What does that mean? Do I need to go back into XV132 or w/e and fix the CG1 file? I'll try to redo that step again *sigh* ...

Coptrz, Some of the early V3t's sold by T-mobile did come with a 0a.30 bl. I don't know about the versions sold in Canada, though. They seem to me, so far, to be much closer to the V3i. Haven't found anything more definite, yet.

hi i got as far as selecting RAMDLD ..i select the v3i (0A40).ldr but nothing came up under name nor start address ..so i cant go any futher cuzi dont have starting address can someone please help

select RAMDLD and put this address
start address = 03FC8000
and for other items here is the list
CG 1 (100A0000)
CG 3 (10040000)
CG 7 (12F80000)
CG18 (12FE0000)

okay so i followed verything - with Itunes V3i, removed RSA, patched with the hex editor, and failed with Vassio Itunes.

Itunes wlakman works however - so the process was ultimately a success.

Now:
How can I assign the different app to my Music button on the keypad?

thats weird. I go and flash it back and i get critical error 84 so i turn off my phone and unplug it and then when i turn it back on it works perfectly. strange or what!?!

i did all of this right and got to

5. Flash the SHX with RSD Lite and you're done

how exactly do you do this? its in ??????'s so i cant read any of it in your pic or my program, so i need help thanks
