Plz help
i have..i followed above instructions but when i try to open the mgx file is says the file type is unknown and dosent read the file

Because you need to flash your phone with an modded firmware (MP) for executing mgx files
Read the guides about flashing...

yes, but yyou need to flash your phone first... all guides are posted... try to take a look ti them and then get all you need to do it...
