If you had flashed the NoRsa boot, then your phone must show NoRsa boot 06.AC, but it doesn´t:

mem-map blank
service required
battery ok
connect usb data cable

let´s see. Follow this steps:
Return to some stock firmware;
Flash the NoRsa boot 06.Ac;
Flash the patched cg31 for 06.AC;
And Flash the modded fw (the Nick black diamond superb or one newer)

I am having the same issue. I originally tried to flash straight from my tmobile firmware to Bestwebs and it gave me the error (same as first post). Then I flashed to noRSA 06.AC. Now my bootloader is noRSA 06.AC, but I still have the same error code. Then I tried to flash to RokrE8_R6718_LIZU_V1.0 and I still have same error. I'm stuck.

But please give more info! What file/s did you flash before getting stuck in bootloader mode??

Did you flash the NoRsa file, first?

my phone jus switched off durin the flash and wont switch on what should i do???

Please, could you be more specific? :
what were you flashing?
How did you follow the steps for flashing?
Can you turn it on in bootloader mode? what does the screen show?

You didn't flash the norsa bootloader right?? Flash THIS
and then THIS
And then flash the modded fw. bestwebs or the one u want .

Can you upload back flash file? Not found on rapidshare.
