Got my E8 today, two glaring issues!!

I eventually got my E8 today. Said goodbye to my V9. Firstly I wany to find out if there are any fixes for 2 glaring problems. Firstly there is no option for a vibe and ring option. My E6, z6, z8, v3x, v3i, E2 and my V9 had this option because Motorola engineers finally listened to a complaint from the public and added this option in. I recall my E398 didnt have it nor did my V600. Why after all that they go and screw up as usuall and leave it out of this phone
It's bad enough they leave out things like HSDPA and hang on for dear life with their 2mp camera offerings

Secondly the speaker performance is dismal. Really poor. Any fixes for that, I am going to troll through these forums now but since I am new here maybe someone has a heads up for me. It will be greatly appreciated.

you're asking if there is a "vibrate & ring at the same time" option right?

about the speaker, i don't encounter any problem with the speakers, they actually sounds great. maybe the mp3 you are trying to play has low bitrate that's why it sounds poor. try playing other mp3 with high bitrate

Yes vibrate and ring at the same time. This vibrate then ring option just don't work for me. Because when it eventually does ring it is so short and goes over to voicemail.

Well Vibrate then ring is enabled on MartinczFala's, but i don't know if someone has Vibrate and Ring on his E8, if so, i'm sure we can reproduce the option.
