Help rokr e8 stuck on bootloader

i flashed my phone, and now i'm stuck in the bootloader mode of my phone.. here is what it says:

    Bootloader
    06.A3
    err:A5,69,35,00,1F

    MEM_MAP Blank
    Service Req'd

    does my phone already bricked?
i'm hoping it isn't. it's the only phone i've got

i used rsd lite 4.8, i tried to flash it first with noRSA 06.A3 but the 100% progress it resulted to this:

Status was: failed flashing process. Phone[0000]: Error checking the RAM Downloader.(0x709F); phone disconnected

    Result was: FAIL

My OS is Microsoft Windows XP professional SP2

    any suggestions there?

I know I completely messed up my phone, now that I have read all the info on what i was suppose to do.
    first mistake

    i loaded the 06.AA bootloader,previously i had 06.A3 bootloader in my phone

something happened when the phone tried to reset after the flashings was complete. the phone wouldn't turn on and the program asked me to turn my phone on. when i did I got this error then the phone turns off.
    "
    Boot loader
    06.AA
    err:A5,69,35,00,1F

    MEM_MAP Blank
    Service Req'd
    "

now Rsdlite cannot connect to my phone. All the phone does is turn off and on for awhile then shuts off completely, unit till I unplug and plug it back in.
I know my battery was completely full before this happened.

and advise on what i could possible do would be great.
