- as far as battery autonomy i did that before, i had all the settings done initially... i guess there's something in the code of this new release, i don't know...
I still like the E8 it's a good phone... maybe the next firmware release will be more optimized.
I wonder though... if all these e8 fans .. and there are quite a few... write a letter to Motorola and ask to make a new version of this phone... will they do it?
I mean i know what i want: 3.15 mpix camera with led flash (5mp is overkill for a phone as far as i'm concerned if you have quality lens 3,15 is more than enough, more autonomy(bigger battery, better use of resources), wifi, voice guided gps, AMOLED screen (uses less battery), and in terms of construction a better back cover maybe a clip on like the zn5 and rubber protection on the sides and oh yeah... i can't remember how many times i've lost the rubber cover for my 3.5 mm jack in my pocket... it should stick better in there, not to mention the back plate cover... i took the phone out of my pocket leaving the cover in there quite a few times... and i wouldn't mind the phone to weigh a little more for all those goodies inside. Also from what i know nokia uses a dedicated chip to play music, that's why battery lasts more, maybe motorola can do that.

ahh ok, then it´s not possible, It must be a preínstalled app.

But the reality is that they won´t work again with MotoMagx Phones; they are not interested in making improvements in this kind of phones.
Today they only pay attention to his Android Phones, and today more than ever because google has bought Motorola Mobilities:

So, surely the next Motorola that we will own is an Moto-android phone. They are great phones, They are very good both in hardware and software; and there are prices for all customers. But we will never forget what all these phones (A1200, ROKR E2, Z6, V8, Zn5, E8, etc) are capable to do; and more than one time we surprised many people by showing this potential jaja
At least, i think there will be a bit more time of modding for these phones
