HELP! After unsquashfs, some files were corrupted!

after I unsquashfs CG52 , the Sysregistry was broken
besides, some other files in CG36 were also corrupted (temp, usr...) just some.
is it the reason why my fone hung at bootscreen after reflashing?
help! I've tried thousand times but it still did not work! Holy crap!

you r trying in which OS? Linux or Windows? pls type ur unsquash command which you were using for this..

unsquashfs -d /Path to destination folder -f /path to file

i did it on ubuntu 11.04

and for which FW? Stock or moded? I think you are trying to unsquash a moded fw..some moded fw are used soft link instead of original file/folder.
