I got a v3x locked to UK 3 network.The phone is a gift from my uncle. Can it be unlock? Thanks

Yes, you can either take it to a service center and they will do it (most expensive)

You can use GOT 3 euros for a day

or you can testpoint the most riskiest but the free choice

I forgot to mention I live in Singapore so testpoint is the only way to unlock it , I think. By the way which service centre is that? I assume you saying 3 network serv centre rite?

Testpoint is the way many people brick their phones I'd advise you to stay away from that option unless you want to 200%

GOT is international

and the service center is any where they deal with repairing phones doesn't have to be specific
