V3x only shows bootloader
can i change version R252211LD-AS_U_85.92.B0R to R252211LD-AS_U_85.98.E0R cause there's no same version in dowload section

Yes you can. In the V3x case there are no sticky firmwares so you can change between all the firmwares you like.

It's heavily modded to work at it's best. Fast, nicer, audio volume is a lot higher, picture and video quality increased a lot, video records in *.mp4, and a lot more stuff like this!

If you're referring to RSD Lite we cannot give you any link as it's warez, so you'll have to Google for it or search in some torrent site or P2P client.
The latest version is 3.8.
I prefer MotoKup to backup and flash my phone.
Always have a fully charged battery before flashing.
It's recommended to take a backup of your original firmware before flashing.
If you have boot-loader 0.6.8.1 or 0.6.8.2 you can flash Madness V3 which is even better. For other boot-loader versions, use Madness V2.
