1) Switch phone off.
2) Remove SIM & TF.
3) Inser the USB cable and quickly (before phone turns on by itself) press and hold the * and # and POWER keys simultaneously until the boot-loader lights up.
4) Open MotoKup.
5) Wait for Windows to finish installing new hardware.
6) Flash.

Did you select the correct boot-loader version in the patcher?

Try the force boot method:
1) Switch phone off.
2) Remove SIM and TF and battery.
3) Press and hold the * and # keys simultaneously.
4) Connect the USB cable to the PC and phone and whilst still holding those keys insert the battery. Keep holding until the boot-loader lights up.
If nothing still happens check that the battery is fully charged. Take it to someone who has a Motorola phone (a lot of Motos use the same battery, always make sure that the battery is compatible before using it on another phone) and charge it then try the procedure above again. If it works, open MotoKup and flash Madness V2. If it fails, then only testpoint can save the phone.

Testpoint is the only solution and it will fix the phone. Make sure that the battery IS FULLY CHARGED.

No, only MotoKup. You can find it in the download section. Use the search feature. The latest version available for download is 0.2. There's a new patch out now. Take a look in one of the other threads.

To flash firmware to your phone without encryption you need to use Motokup. You cannot flash firmware to your phone without encryption using RSD Lite.

That's because RSD Lite is designed by Motorola themselves and it's designed to flash only when the firmware is RSA protected. In our case we removed the RSA protection and therefore RSD Lite will not flash as it goes against its "policies" so to speak.
RSA is a kind of authenticity protection given to Motorola firmware which stops anyone from editing or de-compiling the firmware. Once that is cracked patches like this one will start coming out.
MotoKup is the most compatible flasher for the V3x, never gives us any trouble, RSA cracked friendly, user friendly, can backup the previous firmware, flex, DRM, etc from the phone and save them ina *.sbf file, and best of all it's FREE!
You can download MotoKup from here.

Thanks for your answers.
Does the patch work with Flash&Backup 3.0.6 ?
I have problem make work MotoKup because Motorola drivers doesn't install correct to my computer (or make confict with other drivers).
RSD Lite etc programs works ok with LeaderGL flexeditor included drivers .
