    Question some help plz

    [COLOR="Blue"]

    The cameras have failed on my V3X - however, the rest of the phone still works fine except it won't play 3gp videos any more.
    Also sometimes I have to try and take a picture and cancel when the phone says "busy - try later" before it will follow commands.

    Is there a Java 3gp / mp4 player available for this phone, or a software update for my phone that will fix the video player?

    It is locked to UK Orange network, running flex version UCSIRIUSEMEAR25221_095, S/W version R252211LD_U_85.9B.E5P

    Can anyone help? I'm a nooby at this so sorry if this is a dumb question. I might need instructions too if installation is more complex than installing games with motomidman.

    Thanks

    Hello, your problems may be fixed with a new flash. Contact uk orange for the compatible monster pack file.

    If it's under warranty, take it back to Orange. If not, give us you boot-loader version and we'll tell you the compatible software for your phone.

    Keep in mind that flashing a software yourself will void your phone's warranty, so do it only if your warranty is already expired.
