No-SIM factory reset

I recently got a iphone, and want to sell my old RazrV3. I want to wipe out all my data off the phone, but I can not access anything without a SIM. I was going to use P2K Advanced Editor to SEEM edit it so I could use it without a SIM, but I get a 'error' message in P2KAE everytime I try to access the phone. It does say it connected to the phone though.

Is there any easy way to do a factory reset without a SIM?

you want to do it(reset) one time and there is no need for seem editing! put your simcard in phone and then reset it. after that you can sell your old v3.
