Hellpppppppppp!1111
plss help me..how can i format v3x razr.my problem too is becuase when i use camera its black..window, then the msg is try again later busy..then when i restart my cp and i put memory to my v3x the windows show a blue screen...

Tell us your boot-loader version:
1) Switch phone off.
2) Press and hold the * and # and POWER keys simultaneously until the boot-loader shows.
Apart of the boot-loader version, as Ashyr said, give us as well your firmware and flex version if possible (optional). The firmware version is written in the boot-loader. To get the flex version go to Menu>Settings>Phone Status>Other Information>Flex Version.
