i finaly figured it out... i already had those driver installed i guess because everything else went fine and i even did my first MOD... it was a good day

how to edit hex ? i want change hex 41 to 14

You either need to learn HEX to BIN conversions or use an editor like XVI32 (freeware) in which you load the seem and edit the HEX value by simply typing the new value.

Anyway, all you need to do (I worked it out for you) is the following:
Current (HEX41) - 0100 0001
Set it this way (HEX14) - 0001 0101

Result: HEX = 14

Scrool center button too small so i have remapped browser key to select key.
