AT&T gets Motorola Sawgrass, Heron

Motorola is busy dishing out vertical sliders to AT&T. First in line is Sawgrass which you might remember as Alexander(a.k.a Somerset) which runs P2K and comes with 2.5" QVGA screen, HSPDA, 2MP camera with 8x digital zoom, microSD slot (expandable to 32GB), AGPS and integrated social networking/blogging support.

Next is Android-loaded Heron with 2.8" QVGA touchscreen, 3MP camera with flash, AGPS, HSPDA/UMTS. The specs are of WinMo version so you can expect some to be changed for Android.
There was a time when Motorola's hardware designs were awesome and the software was crappy, looks like it is the opposite now.
Is for Ezra

I believe that Motorola's Android phones will run version 2.0 Donut.
I am still waiting for something like the LG Cookie from moto with 3g support. I will be very happy with that.Last edited by fakuryu; 05-25-2009 at 01:53 AM.

What does the Sawgrass run? P2K??!! 2 mp camera!! Does it have 3G or only EDGE. Can't Motorola learn from their mistakes
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups

It has 3G look at the specs sheet. It will run on P2K05 ARGON platform. And no, they seem to not learn from there mistakes.
You see, madness, as you know, is like gravity. All it takes is a little push.
