Newbie modder needs guidance.
Until yesterday the only modding I had done was download ringtones!!
Now after trawling through hundreds of posts and links I have done a little modding. I have the K1 and have succesfully modded the start up and shut done logos using the excellent guides here.
But, now I want to flash it back to original settings without any branding. Here's my spec:
K1 originally on Vodafone UK
Unlocked
I am on T-Mobile(UK) contract
I have the subsidy lock code
Updated to latest firmware using Motorola's own site
I have downloaded P2Kman, P2Kcommander P2Ktools etc etc and Flash and Backup which I have registered.
I have backed up my current firmware and would like to flash it to remove all the branding etc.
So, I am a little worried now as I have never flashed a phone, which monsterpack will be suitable? Also do I just use Flash and Backup to flash the phone?
The monsterpack I am thinking of using is: R4527_G_08_42_09R_GSTCNRYDST01NA102.rar which I found here: http://www.motox.info/showthread.php?t=38376
Would this be suitable?

I use that firmware and flex and it works wonderfully. I would recommend it
I sold all my Motos
Now all I have is this iPhone thing

OK so just flashed my phone, it's excellent!! Got rid of all that horrid Vodafone stuff... now I'm gonna start personalizing it.
Big thumbs up from me.
