Computer not recognizing phone.

When i go to guides in K1 and go to get connected. I installed the 32 bit driver and after installation it says to plug phone in and windows will automatically detect phone and install driver. I think the problem is windows isn't detecting my phone. When i use the motorola phone tools it works all good. Any help would be great.

Recently I did go to windows system configuration and unchecked some boxes in the services and startup menu.

If MPT detects your phone, Windows does too.

Try opening RSD Lite, then connecting your phone. Dont touch Mpt.
