HELP Unknown device S Flash Neptune LTE2

One of my XP Pro setups is nagging me for a driver for an unknown device in the Device Manager location VID22b8 PID 4903.
Driver Detective is the only thing that will identify it and it's "S Flash Neptune LTE2" and even Driver Detective doesn't know where the driver can be found.

I have uninstalled just about every Moto utility I can think of except my Motorola Bluetooth dongle PC850 which I use and as far as I know is still OK.

Please someone, where can I find just this one particular driver? Google mentions it plenty of times but I still can't find the source.

Slowly driving me nuts!

Alternatively - what do I have to uninstall to get rid of it?

Im guessing that you have a Krzr, so im moving this to Krzr, BTW, that driver is in the driver pack thats linked in the d/l area

Thanks, yes, my phone is in my sig. Sorry for being dense, which driver pack? Also should I just download it and tell this device to look for its driver there?

Never mind...I got rid of it altogether. Tried reinstalling MPT and they wont update - registry error...dang.

That's what I hoped you meant. Did it and all is well now.

Now if I could only get MPT 4.04 to update in XP without saying the registry is messed up. That's another story. I've got BVRP support working on it.
