Hi,

My krzr K1 went postal on me a while back. It keepet dialing numbers continuously.

So I got pissed off and hit the keypad. It worked!
BUT not for long.
I had opened it up multiple time in the past to perform "Test Point"s and took the time to study the board.
The keypad is stuck on the board and on the flip side you have the chips. They often say to leave your
brain do the thinking with out thinking about it. I did and I think I found the bug. Actually it is an engineering
flaw. Since you press on the keypad to dial, play games etc the board bends a bit. Those chips on the other
side don't like to be bent. This is what causes the phone to psykodial. There is a part that is being
over stressed and is freaking out.

The solution.
Add some thickness between the main chip and the battery bay to prevent bending.

Remove the battery cover
Remove the battery
Remove the back Krzr housing.
Take a small "post it",
Do 2 folds.
Place it on the bottom part of the battery bay just above the sim slot . It will overlap 2 chip covers.
Close it all up and you should be good to go.
