How to use Flash & Backup!!! Pliz Help!!!!!Desperate :(

Am new to this site and don't know how to install fonts in my motorola K1. I have the flash and backup software but it doesn't seem to work. When i'm writing the data to the phone it says that the phone is not connected even though it reads as connected before i try to install the fonts.

Pliz can anyone help by giving me step by step instructions so that it's easy for me when i do the installation. I would be very grateful to you if you could post me the URL from where you downloaded the RSD Lite, P2K tools or whatever!!
Pliz help a guy in trouble!!! Am begging you.

You have to install p2k drivers.
