stuck in test mode

hello i'm new to this forum and i joined to see if any one could help me out you see i have got my krzr k1 stuck in the field test status i believe it's called and i was wandering how to get out and by the way i have tried every button sequence i can think of to get out
if you could help i would be very grateful

p.s. i'm prety inept when it comes to this phone so if you could tell me what to do in laymans terms it would be much appreiciated

Does it go into bootloader? Press #and* while inserting battery. Also on the v3 it was the side key together with the power on key repeatedly pressed to get out of field test.

i can get it into boot loader but unfortunately the battery ran out *sigh*
oh and neither of the side keys with power seem to work but this boot loader thing seems promising and will check it out when the phone is charged
