    HELP!!remove service provider links

I have some links in some menus that are from the company which gave me the phone. For instance, when I open the audio directory the 2 first options are "Ideas CTI" and then "Hellomoto" and then the audio files.

Can someone tell me a safe way to remove this links.

Is there any soft out ther that will let you customize the cellphone safely and easily (out lcd picture, menus, etc)??

    Thanks

I did that but its still the same. What I want to remove are the web links like the one in the audio directory that says HELLOMOTO, that doesnt appear on the menu editor.

its not an audio file, its a link to a web site were you can download audio, video, etc.

That would probably solve this "problem" but Im looking for something that doesnt require to flash the phone.

    Thanks
