unable to connect

Hi all!
I have a problem that i need help with. i have a k1 that i got from the friend when the charger is plugged into it. it do not charge the charger connects you hear the signal telling you. the other problem is i try connecting the phone to my pc and it wont connect in p2k or at modes, i hear the signal also that the connection is made but wont connect. tried connecting in bootloader mode or flash mode, but the pc wont recognize the fone. i used motorola driver installer 3.3.0 and no luck with connection.. when i connect other phones drivers install.

please help

Come on people i really need some help here. I've exhausted all that i know to try and tried all that i saw posted on the forums.

Then seeing if P2k Programs find it?

Can you charge other phones with your charger too?

Yes i also tried the get connected guide. downloaded the 32 bit installer and tried installing the modem but it just don't work. and my charger works on other phones but other chargers don't charge my phone.

Try updating drivers or use the latest p2k software to connect, if one doesnt work the other definitely should.

This may sound silly but what is the latest p3k software?

i think i have the most current drivers or at least that is what it says in the moto installer

can u get motorola phone tools or Motorola sofware update to detect your phone?

Check the usb port on the phone.Look to see if any of the pins are broken or bent or missing.

Motorola phone tools and moto update still wont detect the phone. and all the pins on the usb in the phone are intact. I'm now beginning to think that it may be a hardware problem. but i'm still trying...
