ID3 tag format for DAP?

Hi all. I have a KRZR Red through Fido (in Canada). The phone came with a music player branded ROGERS and called Music Player 1.24.8 in Settings. I have also downloaded DAP 05.01.05 and installed it.

Problem is, the rogers player sometimes cannot recognise a group of songs as being one album. It will show album artwork and I'd like to keep using it.

DAP will see the collection as an album but not recognise the order of the songs. This won't show album artwork.

I'm thinking that these are ID3 tag related. Any idea what is the best ID3 tag format to use? I can create tags from 1.0 to 2.4.
