Read This Motorola !!!

Hello!
I guess Motorola keep an eye on these forums to see how people react to their phones and what-not, plus someone else mentioned they did on a thread!

ANYWAY!
Yeah!

I've always liked Motorola phones 'coz they look cool and I've liked the way you can customise them pretty easily!

But I probably won't buy another Motorola ...
Why, I hear you ask?
Well, I got a Z10, I love the phone, it rocks! BUT it's also annoying me a bit.
It can take up to 32 GB of Memory or something. I got an 8 GB card for all my music. But I can't even listen to 2 GB of music because the Media Player is slow as HELLL to load with all that music.
(It's okay with about 100 MB ... Lol.)

I've done Master Resets and stuff to see if it was just being a bit weird, I've tried putting the music on in different ways. It's still really slow. And I DON'T wanna have to use CorePlayer or KD Player or anything, they look hideous! And I just don't like them, to be honest!

SO! Motorola, if you're out there, PLEASE release a software update or patch or SOMETHING that will improve the built-in Media Player on the Z10.
I'm sure there are loads of people who feel similarly to me ... Maybe?!

If I can't use my Z10 with my music, I reckon I'll just go for a Sony phone next ...
At least they're quick to navigate the music, hell! My V3x was faster with Digital Audio Player! LOL!

i took my z10 back, and got a samsung m3200-beat edition due to this problem. takes months to load music doesnt it

I agree, I LOVE my Z10 but all the FW instabilities is anoying me to hell, makes me wanna switch big time...
I've only owned motorola phones but now.... I'm thinking about it.
Please eventhough this phone might be discontinued or a limitied edition, provide the ppl who bought it with what they need. What WE need. A good stable reliable FW updade that has no bugs or errors.
Thanks, I wanna stay Motorola forever but if you drop us like you're dropping the support for this phone, we'll drop you too.

I think Moto has taken a good decision in leaving Symbian UIQ. Symbian has always be a nightmare. Look at those 6708,P900 and P990.They are slow and unstable.
