cell Info display !! voila!!!

Finally found d way to have cell info (usually avlbl. in many phones)
Just do this:
first go to messages then press the options button then goto Inf srv setup.then note down the number form q.view . then go to Channel setup,new channel then give the q.view number and finish .see that you keep info service

I know that one, dunno about the others. But it doesn't work 'properly' like in NOKIA phones.

But once I enable this, the light gets on every few minutes even when I am not doing anything with the phone. Also the date vanishes. It seems the location is getting displayed on top of the date. Is there any way of showing the date at any other place or may be move the cell info to some other location? Also why the light get on every few minutes>?

nope din't worked for me
but i do recive name of my current location as info service message
but it does not get displayed on home-screen..i have questions....
1. r der any changes nedded in keysound of m.v to enable thsi
2.does,date homekeys affect it from being displayed

yes this is the problem with this feature
as the location changes the light get on

Mine Quick View Shows 0
Do i Have to Set Service To ON
Set Channels Using Active Channels
Please Help Don't Know How....

u have to set service on
then also delete the channel 0 and add the new one 50
also add 50 on the quick view and set save q view to OFF
delete all the channels b4 entering the new one which is 50
