Problem with low volume in L6i .

Anyone can help me ? i need more volume when i talk with this phone .

what should i do ? i have p2ktool . but don't know how should i use that and make strong volume .

i have p2ktool just tell me how i should make volume strong . when I'm in talk with this phone . in call talk i hear very weak !!

speaker for radio is ok , not problem . my problem is weak voice when i talk !!! plz help meeeeee . i stay for your reply's
