Alright heres what happened,I made custom color styles for my l6 and used Knighthackers program to patch them, then i edited the launguage pack and flashed the .sbm to my phone (i named it frizzle.sbm) then my phone wouldnt start up all it would do was the keypad would light up and it turned back off. I tried flashing the original language pack back onto the phone and that didnt work so then i flashed a new copy of the monsterpack i was using and still are stuck with this problem. What do i have to do to fix my phone or did i ruin it?
Alright sorry i couldnt post (this is frizzle) i had no choice but to make another account due to the fact that i forgot my password and everytime that i try to log into aim mail my internet crashes, is there any way i can have my account switched over to mofene@gmail.com? Im sorry for the trouble but aol has ruined there email service.
Alright i pm'd superjoker and am waiting for a reply. Also i fixed the problem by flashing a stock monsterpack, now im just modding from there (before i started with scrat4l6) hopefully there will be no more problems. Also what i rsd and what does it do? Also i am still having one problem with the color styles and that is when i am in camera mode the background of the text doesnt match the background of the menu bar i can upload/send you a picture if you think you could fix this for me let me know. I appreiciate all of your help.
Your initial problem occur because when you flashed your modded file to your phone you did not check the make sure it was not overlapping into other code groups on the phone. That happens if you made the file too big. F&B shows you the exact max size that the individual code groups have to be in order to work properly. Make sure you don't exceed the limit else it overwrites other CG and phone can't start. Oh and this problem not supposed to ruin your phone. I screw up like that many times when I was building DRM.
