Menu icons disappearing!

Hi! Im just new here.
I plugged my phone to the PC using the motorolla -> PC software.
After that, poof! my icons started to disappear after running the cursor through.

I did some changes before using the P2K tool like adding removing the confirm delete message thingy.

i have backups. i just dont know how to put it back.

also, if i install the backups. would it erase the pre installed games and messages that were in the phone's memory?

try to disable animation menu
setting > initial setup > animation off
