Having problem with flashing Motorola W5

I have a Motorola W5. It was originally on Claro. It was unlocked. I was using it on Tmobile.

I flashed it with a few firmwares. They worked. I was trying to find out which one I liked the best
and all of a sudden I got "Enter Subsidy Password" message. First, I thought it might be a phone
code locking in the firmware. So, I tried to put some numbers. But, then I got the "Contact
Service Provider" message. Cell phone boots but it can't connect to the network.

I have another cell phone so I tested the SIM card and it is fine. W5 can see the Phonebook
and files on the SIM card. It just does not see the network.

Phone was unlocked or maybe I was wrong. I searched the internet and some people suggest
deleting the secure_pds_init file. I did but it did not help.

Do you have any other suggestion?

    Thanks.

You'll have to buy the Subsidy Code, to release

    Thank you for your reply.

Before flashing, I thought phone was unlocked. As I said phone had Claro firmware but I was using it on Tmobile.

People say flashing can't unlock the phone, so it should not lock it either.

I did not save the original Claro firmware. If I flush with the stock Claro, should not phone work again?
    It was working before.

Do you know if anyone posted Claro firmware for W5?

    Thanks.
