there are fullscreen analog clock ones, like MotoRolex, I dont think that a fullscreen digital clock one is possible, but you never know, someone may make one.

if you make an animated wallparer with 24x60x60 images... make sure it starts at the right time and there must be excactly 1 second between every image lol

erm... i think it can't be done tho

maybe there's some sort of java app with a clock in it
