yes. Although, since this guide was made in Vista, i'd expect it to work.

When i click on the dropdown box for "select installed" for application start it doesn't open the drop down box. As in nothing is in there. Anything i can do??

mma advanced editor does not need to be installed

So I've been trying to edit my soft keys, Main Menu and Shortcuts do me no good. Anyway, someone pointed me in this direction, so I installed FB3 and mma_ae and whenever I have either of the programs open and I plug my Z3 in, the phone will connect to the computer for a few seconds, then it disconnects and tries to reconnect then I'll get a hardware error. Anyone getting this same problem or know how to fix it?

use skiman or another p2k to download the mma_ucp and edit it from the file, not connected to usb

i have a modded rizr z3 and i tried to edit the mines says rubrica instead of phonebook and changed it with this then pressd save to phone but nothing happened what did i do wrong?

If you can't change with mma-ae, then you'll need to edit the dnp.prf with Random Language Editor: http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=110381

Obs: After modifications to the MMMA Advanced editor, do not use to modify your P2kToolsvs mma_ucp, because with it will lose all previous modifications.
