drm hack help

hello i'm using shxcodec and everytime i try splitting the DRM it never shows the images....any help?

i tried almost everything

SHXCodec is history. Better use SBF-ReCalc 1.24 with 3g drm tool. Guides are sticky at drm section.

when i change images...is it ok if i use different phone model images with a different model?

because i keep getting an error when i try to flash the phone!!

Yeah, just be sure that "gif" had the same size (Width & Height), also the same name.

Btw: You must ReCalck Checksum before creating your "sbf" or "shx" file, to avoiding that error.

the phone is working but i got that error while trying to flash the DRM onto the phone and so the custom DRM isnt taking affect...

ok the guide you showed me is good but when i get to the step where it says.......
"Once you are done replacing images in your Gif-Folder (CG15) open up 3g DRM tool. Click "create new DRM," select the cg15.smg file from the DRM you know works on your phone, and click "Open.""

i do that and i get this...DRM Size to big

now what?

Because your icons are larger in file size then the default ones. try opening some of the unused icons and blanking them out to free up some space. If this not help, use another stock DRM (for your firmware), and that should fixing it.
