Errors Flashing *Edited* Drm Help please

I downloaded an i phone drm for my v3t and wanted to change the outer lcd battery and signal icons
i'm totally new to the drm section and i used the guides
and changed em using SHXCodec and also drmport
but i couldn't help myself where it says the same size???Cuz i think because of the diff size of the icons i replace it don't flash and give error..
how could i make it of the same size or if there is any other alternative please help...

and also that i tried all the guides but when i replace the icons which i want to the ones in the drm before it gives error and doesn't flash
i could really use some help cuz i want to change the outer lcd icons as they really suck...
