Thread: [Guide] How to edit DRM graphics
- 02-21-2007, 03:54 PM #31
Ok followed this, got it all packed up into a .shx, but when i try to flash it i get Critical Error 11 and 33, then the phone reboots and I still have my old DRM. Any ideas?
-Tried flashing with RSD and F&B.

try it again aclark, but when you open the drmport go to options and check edit only. then open the drm, open the binary 1 folder and replace the icons there, then open drmport and click save as.

dont recompile using SHXCodec. it will give you critical error. use RandomSHX to recompile it.

ok only problem is after i edit the drm with SHXCodec and save it as a bin it is a .bin ext, and RandomSHX wants a .lst (list of bins) to make a .shx from bin files. Any ideas?

first, split the DRM with RandomSHX. then edit that DRM with SHXCodec. save the edited drm as smg to the bin folder. now copy the name of the biggest bin file and delete it then rename it to the smg file. recompile it again with RandomSHX, flash it with RSD Lite 3.0 and you're done.

or you could use SBF recalc, point it to the CG folder then click fix header then make SHX

ok, this is not f$%@ working. I have the shx and now it flashed, failed checksum, and gives me a Phone code sig error. Now I have to flash my whole backup cause flashing the backup DRM won't get rid of the error. GRRRRR!
Anyone want to try to pack these up for me cause it just doesn't want to work for me.
