I've been trying to do this, but after about 10-15 icons SHX Codec spazzes out on me. It's kind of hard to explain, but it messes my pc up and I have to use task manager to stop it. So then I did a few, saved the shx, imported it into SHX Codec, and did that until I had all the icons I wanted to replace, replaced. But then when I tried to flash, I got an error when it tried to execute the JUMP. THEN I tried using RandomSHX to compile the SHX, but I suppose since I compiled it multiple times with SHX Codec, it didn't make a difference...

Did anyone else have that issue with SHX Codec? What version was used in this tutorial? Thanks...

I suggest using 3g drm tool or drm port. Those are much easier to use.

Also, SHX Codec gives errors with Z3. Use F&B3 - in firmware tab, open a drm then replace the CG15 with the one you created and then save file as a .shx file.

Thanks for the info. Drmport won't load anything for me, so I tired 3g Drm Tool...
Unfortunately, that failed. When I tried to create the new DRM, I got an error message:
"DRM Size Too Big. Max DRM Size: 2,621,440. Overflow: 208,112..."
    Is that kilobytes, or Megabytes?

size is kb lol I get that too, I usually just take large file size gifs that I don't come across in my phone or don't use and make them all white with mspaint (crtl+a then delete). That will reduce the file size a lot. There's a thread around here somewhere with a list of some icons that I don't use lol I'll see if I can dig it up.

Just sort the gif's by size.
Then the biggest few can be deleted.
Keep the one for java load screen.
Most menu animated icons can be replaced with smaller images cause they are in the skin.

I got my DRM flashed. But for some reason my text marquee doesn't work anymore. Any ideas?

Were you modding a stock H6 or H6 compatible drm? You should also check to see your bluetooth discoverability and notes function. Do they show properly?

I used my own H6 backup and edited the gifs from there. I'm, not sure about the bluetooth, but I'm think the notes function works...Are you referring to the little notepad that pops up when you start typing and you can save it?
