help needed urgently

hi every body, i want to Create & install my own drm, but i always face problem

i own a v31, r47A, Upgraded 2 r4441D

I hv made a drm, tried to install it, and it fails
i used
ShxCODEC
DRMport
and For Flashing I used F&B 7 & rsd Lite 4
but failed

i used adobe after effects for gif animation
for inner TFT & outer Lcd.

Can I have The Exact Way to Do it? And Do i need A reflash? and What is it?

Make sure the end address is not greator than the set address for the cg15 drm
you can find the set address in F&B in the read data tab
and your drm end address when you open the flash file in the write tab
If its greator then you have to replace some of the gifs with 0byte ones

ok i'll try, but still dint get u exactly.. i've tried all the guides for it, but still ding get it...isint there an easy way? and what shuld b the maximum file size?

and do i need a reflash?

what is the best software for converting in GIF

I use after effects so the file is quite large..so it does not cover..
