After incoming call, ring style icon stays at incoming call icon

While receiving an incoming call, the ring style icon flashes with a different icon (down-facing phone w/ radio waves). After the call is taken/ignored, the icon does not change back to the ring style icon, even after changing ring styles. The only way to restore the original ring style icon is to restart the phone.

Is this a problem with my skin or DRM? If it's a DRM problem, is there any way to fix it?

if you go to recent calls and view the recieved call it dissappears

its meant to show you when you ha ve a missed call
