Open it with drp port, copy the icons.
Open the l7e drm and replace the icons with the ones you copied and compile.
You can also use drm tool if you like.

What about resolution gifs?
Those phone has different size icons...

L7, e398 and l7i have the same sizes.
Those are all 176x220 phones.
