DrmPort Help Help
Trying to get gif's from the SHX Drm file to use with NaNO's MP which switches DRM when you switch skins.
I open the SHX and it ask me twice to pick the file (SHX)
Is that right?
Then it does it's thing and I wind up with 2 folders
Binary1 and Binary 2
what's the difference the gif's both look the same ?
I suppose I use the v3i DRM map to pick the correct gif's right?
First Time I've used this is why I'm asking.

Yes, just pick them out of binary 1. I normally just click cancel when it asks the second time.

Yeah, that's normal, just forget about those 0byte gifs.

Sort by size - bye bye zero byte files
Sort by name - pick the ones I need - pretty cool !!!
SocaSlvr can you tell me something though - if I just simply copy the gif files according to the v3i mapping list from the Binary\Icons to a folder they will be correct right ??
Say I decompile ElectricBlue.shx and of course they are then in the Binary\Icons folder - as long as I copy according to the v3i DRM map they will be correct right?
I'm getting a bit confused because I compared the drm directories off of NaNO's MP which has the Elf DRM Changer and they are not all the same - you probably know this already but The MP has a Skin folder like normal but then there is the drm folder under the skin folder - well I thought even though it's different drm's they still should have the same numbers - am I like way LOST ??
I used drmport to decompile Joker's BlackLive Revisited and used the v3i DRM map and just copied all that was on that map into another directory and named it blacklive until I put it under a Skin\drm on the MP and it seems to work fine - would that be the safe way to do that?
The difference in the drm folders are throwing for a loop here !!!!

In folder Binary 1 is images/icons extracted from CG15.
In folder Binary 2 is DRM images you would like to port to, once editing completed. DRMport will compile images in Binary 2 folder.
note: if you cancel the 2 popup windows when DRMport extracting CG15, then DRMport will compile DRM with images from Binary 1 folder.FIRMWARE TEAM™ Member
