well the drm is for V3i and to use it on any other phone you will need to port it...

there are some good porting tools like drmport...

it's very simple method to port a drm just read carefully the guide

No it WILL NOT work on V9. It whould need to get ported to V9 & the icons made bigger which will not look very good. Due to bad icon quality
